Found TechTerrace Appliance Repair through a quick online search. When my fridge started acting up, I really needed a fix. Living in San Jose, CA, I figured they'd know their stuff with refrigerator repair. Well, they did. From the moment I called, their service was spot on. Friendly folks who actually seemed to care about my inconvenience. The tech who came by knew his way around my GE model. It wasn't long before he pinpointed the problem, some sensor issue or something. Guy was efficient. Didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need, which is a relief these days. Everything was back to working like normal pretty quick. Gotta say, if you find yourself in a pickle with your fridge in San Jose, I'd give these guys a call. They’re solid at refrigerator repair and seem to have a good grip on it. Plus, prices felt fair. Definitely keeping their number handy for any future appliance mishaps.
